Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Neuralappnet programmes and coaching purchased via invoice. Website prices are informational; no checkout runs on this site.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one live session and have not downloaded more than 20% of downloadable materials for that programme. Consumer cooling-off rights under UK law may provide additional protections where applicable.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must be emailed to info@neuralappnet.digital within the eligibility window, including your full name, invoice number, and programme title.

Full and partial refunds

If eligibility criteria are met, we issue a full refund of tuition fees paid for that seat. After the 14-day window, or after substantial material access, we may offer a partial credit toward a future cohort at our discretion — typically up to 40% of fees paid if you withdraw before the midpoint of the programme for documented medical or employer-reassignment reasons.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), dedicated on-site travel costs already incurred for Fleet Observatory engagements, and seats transferred to another colleague at your request are non-refundable. Custom workshop preparation fees quoted separately are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

Refund process

We confirm receipt within three business days, review eligibility, and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund method

Refunds are issued via the same channel used for payment (bank transfer or card). We do not issue cash refunds.

Cancellation by Neuralappnet

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution. Fraudulent enrolments and violations of the Terms of Service may void refund eligibility.
